Sokol Greater Cleveland & Bohemian National Hall
have dynamic ongoing activities which all require your support.
In addition to dues, fees and costs for our programs, other ways to
contribute in helping us meet our financial obligations are outlined below:

To continue to meet our operational expenses on a yearly basis we welcome charitable donations ( which are tax deductible ).
Please consider a tax deductible contribution. The average gift last year was $100, but your gift of any size will make a
significant impact. These can be sent to the address at the bottom of this page.

Companies of all sizes and in all business and service categories have Gift Matching programs which provide
matching dollars for employee contributions to organizations such as ours. Businesses often encourage their employees to contribute
to the community through a matching fund program or a workplace giving campaign.
If you or someone in your family works for a company that has a matching program,
you can benefit by doubling your endowment fund contribution dollars.
Your company's Human Resources Department or Community Relations Department
should be able to provide you with the required form to mail to us.

You can help us cut some or all of the expenses of arranging one of our cultural events.
Sokol Greater Cleveland and the Czech Cultural Center are committed to the exchange of knowledge and ideas necessary for citizens to better
understand not just their own their societies and cultures, but to appreciate the importance and contributions of cultures outside their own
borders. By underwriting the cost of promoting the cultural, academic and societal exchange between the Czech and Slovak Republics, you
can help us cherish our heritage and keep alive the cultural history and traditions of the Czechlands and its people.

Establish a lasting legacy that will benefit in perpetuity
by making Sokol Greater Cleveland/Bohemian National Hall a part of your estate plans.
A bequest in your will brings tax savings since your estate is entitled to an estate tax charitable deduction for the full value of the bequest.
That is, such a bequest is exempt from estate and inheritance tax. Your attorney will be able to assist you

to support the actvities of SGC through dividends.
Checks are to be made payable to The Sokol Greater Cleveland Endowment Fund and sent to

A member-sponsored and supported fund established through the Cleveland Foundation to support the
SGC Czech Cultural Center Museum with dividends.
Checks are to be made payable to Czech Cultural Center Museum of SGC and sent to
